September marks 30 years of Fotoseptiembre, a month-long festival that celebrates all photo-based art forms and offers exhibitions throughout San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country, Austin, and online. Founded by photographer, video artist, and composer Michael Mehl in the mid-90s, Fotoseptiembre has become an inclusive platform for artists to present their works to broad audiences through both in-person and online galleries.
